Offering a safe fitness program challenging children with special needs to grow and develop. This program was developed by Gen Speitel to offer fitness opportunities to those with special challenges. It was inspired through personal family experience with a cousin who faced similar challenges. Miss Gen's background includes a BA in Psychology and extensive gymnastic and fitness training as well as over 15 years of teaching experience. Each child entering the program will be evaluated and parents will be asked about specific needs and goals. After the evaluation process a customized routine will be established that best fits the needs of the child. Every effort will be made to incorporate any interests the child may have.
