|Age: 5 years old. This 55 minute class is designed to challenge and motivate kids to work hard and have fun! Each student will learn how to properly
stretch and apply the basic gymnastics positions to all skills and jumps. Handstands will be taught against the wall and on the gymnastics floor. Bridges will be introduced to
increase upper body strength as well as shoulder flexibility. Children at this age are starting to understand how to apply different movements to gymnastic skills.
